[IIP-1] Distribute 2 tokens to each core team member

We’ve finished season 0 of IPv4DAO and I propose to grant 2 IPv4DAO Root Tokens to each core team member.

That results in a total of 8 tokens being distributed.

The distribution will be made in chronological order, based on the date a member joined IPv4DAO.

To make it fair we will use the following scheme, where the number is the order in which a member joined:

1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1

This is an off-chain proposal as we don’t have any minted tokens yet :person_shrugging:
