Our core team spent the last few months investigating various approaches to DAO incorporation that would suit IPv4DAO needs.
We’ve gone thoroughly through the following options:
- Wyoming DAO
- Unincorporated Non-Profit Association under UUNAA act
- Delaware LLC with Ricardian contracts/Grimoire agreement
- Cayman Islands
- Marshal Islands
- Dubai
- Switzerland fund
- Guernsey fund
- Jersey fund
- Colorado Cooperative
After numerous discussions and according to IPv4DAO requirements we’ve decided to proceed with the Marshal Islands non-profit entity
Proposal
We should incorporate IPv4DAO as a non-profit entity under the Marshal Islands jurisdiction using MIDAO services.
